HBCU in LA Program Internship Program Deadline Extended

The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP) is proud to announce that the HBCU In LA summer internship application deadline has been extended to December 30, 2020! This highly competitive program is open to both undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in pursuing careers in entertainment, media, music, sports or technology. Selected scholars will participate in our 10 week paid internship program!

Summer 2021 will welcome the return of our capstone projects! During our summer 2019 program, we welcomed 30 students to Hollywood and showcased their creative talent and voices with the production of our short film, UCHAWI, which premiered during our inaugural HBCU and LA student short film showcase! Students will be placed into key internship roles across the industry working in Animation, Legal, Finance, Technology, Creative Development, Production/Post Production, Digital Media, PR/Marketing, Music, Sports, Major Talent Agencies and more.

The program will cover housing expenses for all non-Los Angeles base students. Stacy Milner, Founder of the HBCU in LA Program, will be giving a detailed look into the program and answering any questions about the application process and great opportunities the program offers.

This event is open to students eligible to apply for the HBCU in LA Program. Click here to RSVP by 12/16 at 12 PM PST to receive the Zoom information to attend.
